Derin Yurdagüven

Derin Yurdagüven graduated with honours from the University of Exeter Law Faculty. She holds an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London. She has experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory research, and cross-border transaction matters. She is fluent in Turkish and English. At Aksan Global, she supports the platform’s integrated advisory work, with a particular focus on international coordination, legal and regulatory research, preparation of client materials, and structured documentation processes.
