BIOGRAPHY
Oktay Şener has extensive experience in international disputes and arbitration. He has taken part in numerous litigation and dispute resolution processes, representing public institutions, financial institutions, and private companies.
He has worked on international commercial disputes, corporate law, and restructuring processes, managing large-scale cases and legal risk assessments with cross-border legal teams.
As Founding Partner of Aksan Global and Managing Partner of Aksan Law Firm, he is responsible for international case management, legal quality, and the long-term sustainability of the firm’s legal structures.
